The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship of work stress and teaching styles in times of pandemic in the institutional management of the schools belonging to the Congregation of the Mercedarias Misioneras Religious - Peru. In order to meet this objective, we worked with the following methodology: basic and substantive research, with a quantitative approach, and a correlational level. The sample was made up of a total of 40 workers (8 promoting sisters, 8 lay directors and 24 academic coordinators). The data collection instrument used was the questionnaire. In this way, it was concluded that: work stress has a negative relationship of - 0.815 with teaching styles in times of pandemic in the institutional management of schools belonging to the Congregation of the Mercedarias Misioneras Religious - Peru. This relationship is confirmed by the acceptance of the hypothesis formulated, to the extent that the value sig. (bilateral) obtained in the Spearman Rho test is equal to 0.000
