In this study, the National Building Regulations for sanitation works and necessary theories were used as the main standard, to comply with what is required in this research. The methodology used for this thesis is a non-experimental research design. The scarcity of drinking water and the deficient basic sanitation system are considerable problems in recent years, since the poor quality and inadequate sanitation of said water resource negatively influence food security, thus causing infectious, parasitic and skin diseases in the population. For the reasons stated above, the development of this project is important, which focuses on the design of drinking water and sewage networks. A topographic survey of the area has been carried out, thus proposing a network layout that meets the water supply for the entire population of the town. Likewise, a study of soil mechanics was carried out, thus knowing the characteristics of the texture of the soil. soil and a study of water quality was developed, knowing its physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics. Finally, a design of the drinking water system networks was carried out and a UBS system with hydraulic drag was proposed
