To determine what are the factors associated with psychosocial risks in times of pandemic, in workers of the Catacaos Public Ministry - 2022. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Cross-sectional analytical study with primary data collection in a census form from Public Ministry workers at the Catacaos headquarters in which the psychosocial risk factors will be sought through the use of the CoPsoQ ITSAS 21 Questionnaire, with a total of 54 participants. RESULTS: The total participants in the study were 54 workers; of which 28 were female (51.85%) and the general average in terms of age was 35.07 years; The average work time among all the participants was found to be 8.14 hours/day and where 42 (77.78%) of them worked a shift between 4 to 8 hours. Within the association study we found that the female sex presents a significant association value of (p: 0.002) with an OR of 0.34, that is, they generate 34% more chances of developing psychosocial risk in relation to the male sex with a 95% CI. :0.02-0.65; while for the age variable, no significant association was found (p: 0.07). Regarding the work areas evaluated, it was found that belonging to the Prosecutor's Office category (p: 0.002, OR: 0.98, CI: 0 0.01-1.1) and Legal Medicine (p: 0.05, OR: 0.65, CI: 0.04-0.92) are associated as psychosocial risk factors. Workers who work in the prosecution area are 98% more likely to generate psychosocial risks, unlike those who work in Legal Medicine with 65% CONCLUSIONS: The factors associated with psychosocial risks in times of pandemic, in workers of the Catacaos Public Ministry - 2022 were: Female Sex, Belonging to the area of the Prosecutor's Office, Legal Medicine; An insecurity about the future, Social Support and leadership quality, a double presence and esteem, all these dimensions are associated with risk when finding low indicators.
