Creaciones Guibert is a family micro business located in the city of Trujillo that has a garment production workshop and a store for commercialization, being its product of greater demand the shirt. The absence of an inventory system has been causing losses because many inputs in the warehouse are not used in a timely manner and, on the other hand, the inputs are not requested in time, generating downtime in production, delays in the attention to orders, decreased productivity and therefore customer dissatisfaction. The planning of the material requirement will allow us to increase the productivity in the manufacture of t-shirts and for this we used labor productivity techniques. To forecast demand, linear regression and the monthly seasonality and trend method are used. Using the demand forecast, the production plan was determined by the technique of the plan added and then the short-term (week) determination of the master production plan considering the batch-by-batch and economic order quantit model. material resource planning (MRP) technique was applied to supply and material supply planning. The productivity of the human resource calculated for the manufacture of t-shirts is 128 t-shirts per month per worker. The sales forecast for 2019 that showed the lowest error is considering seasonality and trend with a total of 9,795 shirts. The production plan with the lowest total cost (S / 44,757.30) corresponds to a constant workforce with three workers and overtime for the months when demand is not met. With the aggregate plan of the chosen production, the master production program was designed in weekly periods, with batch manufacturing per batch being the recommended one due to its lower total cost (S / 611.72). With the net production requirements, the list of materials and the inventory at hand, the periodicity to order the six materials used was found. The projected productivity with the optimal number of workers in the chosen production plan is 277.33 shirts per worker per month.
