The present research work proposes the design of a women's emergency center and temporary shelter for abused people in the district of El Porvenir, this project being the result of the situational diagnosis of the current demand and problems of the province of Trujillo, the equipment responds to the needs of different users, creating an architecture that is divided into three phases and is accompanied by an inclusive, sensory and biophilic design. The research is descriptive, with qualitative and quantitative results and under the current regulations of our country, which determine the architectural program, followed by the definition of the concept and the design strategies under the theory of the three phases ““limen, liminar and postliminar““ to finally present the architectural project focused on providing multifunctional assistance, temporary shelter and training, projecting them in spaces that transmit peace, security, protection, achieving recovery and autonomy in society. The design of the project has a main axis that distributes public, semi-public and private spaces that will receive women and children victims of family violence, also designed for universal accessibility and inclusion, accompaniment of nature inside and outside of each space
