The National Comprehensive Program for Social Welfare (INABIF) is responsible for providing protection to people who are in situations of vulnerability and risk, emphasizing children and teenagers, among its main functions is to supervise and accredit the Residential Reception Centers (CAR) for their operation. In La Libertad, there are currently only two CAR-type shelters, the Hogar de la Niña and the Hogar San José, which do not have enough space to cover the existing demand, in addition to not complying with adequate infrastructure and minimum conditions of functionality, comfort and anthropometry for the correct comprehensive development of minors. That is why, together with the Public Beneficence Society of Trujillo, which provides the land and promotes its operation, a descriptive investigation is carried out, resulting in a feasible project financed by the Regional Government of La Libertad and accredited by the Ministry of the Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP) and the INABIF, which provides residence, health, food and education to minors who are in situations of violence and risk of abandonment, achieving the social reintegration of assisted minors. In the same way, reduce the number of children who are on the streets, in situations of violence or abandonment in the province of Trujillo
