To determine the effectiveness of the educational intervention in the level of oral health knowledge of students of I.E 81746 A. Miguel Grau Seminario Trujillo-2022. Material and Method: The following study was observational. A pre-test and a post- test were carried out to determine the level of knowledge before and after the educational talks in 100 students from 8 to 12 years of age of the I.E 81746 A. Miguel Grau Seminary Trujillo-2022. Results: In the educational intervention pretest, the average of the students was 11.7 points, while in the posttest an average score of 17.5 was observed. The average increased from pretest to post test by 5.8 points. When applying the Wicoxon test, a p<0.05 was found, that is, there was a significant improvement after applying the educational intervention. Likewise, it was observed that, in the pretest, the low level was reported in the majority of respondents (57%), followed by 27% with insufficient level; while, in the post-test, a majority of those evaluated with very good levels (53%) were observed, followed by 29% of outstanding ones. Conclusion: The educational intervention was effective in the level of oral health knowledge in the participants, demonstrating a significant improvement.
