The present research work aimed to end the influence of administrative management on the decision-making of the bakery Sandoval de Trujillo, 2021., after suffering difficult times due to the pandemic. To this end, a non-experimental, correlational-causal cross-sectional research was carried out, data collection was carried out through the application of two questionnaires validated through the judgment of experts and applied to a sample of 40 workers in the operational, administrative, managerial and executive areas. The results indicated that 37.50% of workers perceive inadequate and regular administrative management, while 62.50% consider that decision-making is carried out inadequately. The influence of administrative management on decision-making was determined in 61.8%according to the Nagelkerke coefficient, suggesting a statistically significant influence between both variables. The logistic regression test yielded a P-value of 0.000 (p-value<0.050), indicating that the influence is significant. Therefore, it is recommended to the manager of the company to carry out an evaluation of its administrative management processes to improve decision-making in the future, with the aim of not incurring problems in the future.
