The present investigation entitled INCIDENCE OF THE ANNUAL CONTRACTING PLAN IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRUJILLO PROVINCIAL MUNICIPALITY BUDGET, PERIOD 2018, aims to demonstrate how the Annual Contract Plan affects the Execution of the Budget, was carried out in accordance with the information of the mentioned entity. In the investigation the method was applied according to the nature of the problem applied, because existing knowledge or theories are used for its application in a specific reality or problem and thus to solve problems, the observation technique was used through the observation guide which has allowed direct access to the facts that happen in reality; The document analysis technique was also used through the analysis guide to evaluate documentation related to the study variables of said entity. The results obtained show that the entity does not prepare the Annual Contract Plan (PAC) with all the requests requested in the table of needs that is why during the year the initial PAC differs and the Annual Modified Contract Plan is prepared. The main conclusion of this work is that the Annual Contract Plan of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo has a significant impact on the Execution of the Budget in a 96% period 2018.
