This project aims to determine the technical, economic and social viability through the pre-feasibility study for the installation of an organic solid waste plant in the city of Piura in the year 2023. This idea comes from the existing problems, caused by the agglomeration . of solid waste and its poor use. Through the interpretation of the survey and the data obtained from the Regional Government, it was possible to determine the demand for organic fertilizer, which represents 335,377.95 tons per year, and in the same way, with data from the Ministry of the Environment, it was obtained that 56,070.24 tons of fertilizer per year would be offered. organic after having gone through a transformation process called composting. Using the Brown and Gibson method, it is determined that the best location for the production plant would be Carretera Panamericana Norte – Piura 20000. The estimated investment for this project amounts to 15,254,564.80 soles. Indicators such as VANE and VANF represent 9,591,086.87 and 13,036,748.85 respectively. The EIRR is equivalent to 44.07% and the TIRF is 68.02%. The economic cost benefit of this project is 1.16, while the financial cost benefit is 1.34
