Endomarketing y su relación con la rotación de personal de la empresa Bectek Contratistas de Trujillo, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo principal: Determinar el nivel de influencia del endomarketing en la rotación de personal de los trabajadores de la empresa Bectek Contratistas de Trujillo, 2021; para lo cual se empleó una investigación de tipo no experimental, transversal, correlacional, en una muestra de 56 colaboradores de la empresa, aplicando dos cuestionarios, obteniendo como resultado que las dimensiones del endomarketing influyen de manera inversa en la rotación de personal, al obtener niveles de significancia menores a 0.05 según Spearman, la investigación concluye que, el endomarketing influye significativamente de manera negativa débil (relación inversa) en la rotación de personal al obtener un índice de correlación de -0.461 y un nivel de significancia de 0.000<0.05 según Spearman y un valor Chi Cuadrado de 7,273 > al chi cuadrado tabulado de 3,8415 con una significancia de 0.007 < 0.05.

The main objective of this research was: To determine the level of influence of endomarketing in the personnel turnover of the workers of the company Bectek Contratistas de Trujillo, 2021; for which a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational investigation was used, in a sample of 56 company employees, applying two questionnaires, obtaining as a result that the dimensions of endomarketing influence inversely on staff turnover, obtaining significance levels less than 0.05 according to Spearman, the research concludes that endomarketing significantly influences in a weak negative way (inverse relationship) in staff turnover by obtaining a correlation index of -0.461 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05 according to Spearman and a Chi Square value of 7.273 > the tabulated chi square of 3.8415 with a significance of 0.007 < 0.05.
