Violencia de pareja y estilos de amor en estudiantes de nivel secundario en un colegio estatal de Laredo

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre violencia de pareja y estilos de amor en estudiantes del nivel secundario en un colegio público de Laredo. Para ello, el tipo de investigación fue sustantivo con un diseño descriptivo y alcance correlacional; con una muestra compuesta por 132 estudiantes del cuarto y quinto año del nivel secundario. Los instrumentos empleados para la recolección de datos, fue el Inventario de Violencia en las Relaciones de Noviazgo entre adolescentes (CADRI) y la Escala de Actitudes hacia el amor de Hendrick y Hendrick (1986). Los resultados del estudio identificaron que violencia sufrida presenta un nivel alto con un valor del 5% y la violencia cometida tiene un 3% en el mismo nivel; además el estilo de amor predominante en los estudiantes es el Pragma. Así mismo, se evidenció que existen correlaciones significativas entre las dimensiones de violencia de pareja y estilos de amor según el género y la edad de los estudiantes de nivel secundario en un colegio público de Laredo. Es por ello, que se logró concluir que existe relación significativa entre la violencia de pareja con los de estilos de amor en estudiantes de nivel secundario

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between intimate partner violence and love styles in high school students at a public school in Laredo. For this, the type of research was substantive with a descriptive design and correlational scope; with a sample composed of 132 students of the fourth and fifth year of the secondary level. The instruments used for data collection were the Inventory of Violence in Dating Relationships among adolescents (CADRI) and the Scale of Attitudes towards love by Hendrick and Hendrick (1986). The results of the study identified that the violence suffered presents a high level with a value of 5% and the violence committed has 3% at the same level; In addition, the predominant style of love in students is Pragma. Likewise, it was evidenced that there are significant correlations between the dimensions of intimate partner violence and love styles according to the gender and age of secondary level students in a public school in Laredo. For this reason, it was possible to conclude that there is a significant relationship between partner violence and love styles in secondary school students
