The research work began with an economic and financial analysis of the company, determining that in the 2020 period it had a solvency index of 2.12 important value that indicated that the company had for every 2.12 of equity 1 sol of liabilities which indicated that the company was able to leverage financially with the investment of the project. Likewise, an analysis of the costs and operating expenses of the project was carried out, determining that in 2020 maintenance expenses represented 30.98% of total operating costs as a result of fixed cost structure of 34.23% and 65.74 of variable costs. Subsequently, the study sample was determined by applying the Pareto model and taking as a unit of analysis the average maintenance expenses of the last three years, 8 representative units were obtained to replace 21 existing operating units. This replacement of assets determined that in the period 2021 variable costs decreased by 18.82% and at the same time an increase in fixed costs by 46.62% and as a result an increase in economic and financial profitability of 25.57% and 18.42% respectively. Finally, it was concluded that a company that has a sustained growth in its sales must have its fixed cost structure greater than that of its variable costs because these increase with the operating income of sales.
