Estudio definitivo para el Centro Educativo 80191 del caserío el Alizar, Chugay - Sánchez Carrión - La Libertad

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo por objetivo realizar un adecuado estudio definitivo para el centro educativo 80191, ubicado en el caserío El Alizar, Distrito de Chugay - Sánchez Carrión - La Libertad, con la finalidad de otorgar una educación con dignidad y calidad, que pueda ayudar a satisfacer un pequeño parte de todas las necesidades que poseen los alumnos de los centros educativos del Distrito de Chugay. Por ser un trabajo con proyección social, se utilizó la información del último Censo Educativo realizado por el MINEDU, a fin de poder obtener los datos necesarios para contabilizar la cantidad de demanda educativa, además de proyectar una infraestructura y arquitectura adecuada, que cumpla con las exigencias de las normativas utilizadas. Después de la recolección de datos se realizó los estudios previos necesarios para un correcto diseño. Se ejecutó el levantamiento del terreno, empleando instrumentos topográficos básicos para después conocer la posición relativa y dimensiones exactas de éste, luego se contrastó el diseño arquitectónico, proporcionado en el perfil, con la Norma Técnica “Criterios de Diseño para Locales Educativos de Nivel de Educación Inicial” para corregir y elaborar el plano de arquitectura. Se realizó un diseño estructural, considerando un sistema estructural aporticado en ambas direcciones; para los elementos estructurales, se usaron vigas de secciones rectangulares, mientras que en las columnas se consideraron secciones rectangulares, columnas “T” para brindar rigidez lateral en la dirección aporticada y columnas esquineras en “L”. Los techos fueron diseñados con losas aligeradas de e=0.20 También se utilizó la filosofía del Last Planner System para realizar el Plan Maestro que nos va a otorgar una mejor organización de ejecución del proyecto, y así evitar tiempos muertos o cuellos de botella.
