The objective of this research was to determine the level of association between corporate identity and the levels of commitment of the employees of Diamond Constructora e inmobiliaria. It was a non-experimental and correlational design. The sample population consisted of 48 employees of the Diamond company, located in the Trujillo and Chiclayo offices. The organizational identity questionnaire and the organizational commitment questionnaire were used as instruments. According to the results obtained from the collection of information through the questionnaires, it was possible to determine that the result of the significance value of both variables was 0.001, in addition, using Spearman's Rho coefficient, a negative correlation of -.166 was evidenced, between the variables corporate identity and organizational commitment, a negative correlation was also found between corporate identity and the dimensions affective commitment (-.163) and continuity commitment (-.607), but a positive correlation was found between corporate identity and normative commitment (.107). In conclusion, there is a low negative correlation between both variables, affirming that corporate identity it's just a little directly related to organizational commitment. Such is the case, any improvements that the company makes in identity will have very little impact on the commitment of the workers.
