The present research aims to evaluate productivity by applying the Last Planner System in the work Improvement of the San Juan - Ascope Educational Institution, La Libertad; It includes the elaboration of a master plan, the design of a planning Lookhead Planning and determine the percentage of the fulfillment plan for the chosen study activities in the work: Improvement of the educational institution San Juan - Ascope, La Libertad. In the present investigation, it was determined that the application of the LPS, if the application of the same is favorable since productivity was substantially improved, reducing by 0.47 months in the execution time and reducing by 14.17%, it was also possible to take advantage The maximum performance of each of the participants (pawn, officer, pawn, work teacher, resident and supervisor), without occurrence of accidents with a favorable impact of social actors (stakeholders) on the viability of the project. Finally, it is recommended to use the LPS methodology for all civil construction projects, since it allows improving productivity, as well as reducing costs and reducing execution deadlines
