To determine the level of knowledge about oral health in the parents of the association with Down syndrome Love Without Limits. Trujillo, April 2022. Materials and Methods: This study was observational, cross-sectional. Forty-nine parents from the Love Without Limits Down Syndrome association were evaluated, for which a virtual questionnaire created by the author was used, previously validated by expert judgment and with good reliability (KR-20 equal to 0.725). . Results: It was found that the level of knowledge was good in 40.8% and insufficient in 20.4%. According to the level of instruction, the predominant level of knowledge is good with 48.6% for people with higher education. Regarding age, the highest level of knowledge was obtained by older adults, being very good with 50%. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of the parents of the Down Syndrome association was good. Regarding knowledge according to age, it was found that older adults predominated with a very good level of knowledge, in turn, knowledge according to the level of instruction, it was found that parents with higher education predominated with a good level of knowledge.
