This thesis aims to carry out a comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of concrete with a strength of f'c=210kg/cm2 using Rapimix dry concrete, Unicon dry concrete, and traditionally prepared concrete in the city of Huamachuco. For the development of this research, the mix design of traditional concrete was carried out following the parameters established in the ACI 211 method. As for the dry concretes (Rapimix and Unicon), the material dosages were obtained from their technical data sheet. To determine the mechanical properties of the concrete, tests for slump and compression strength were conducted. Breakage tests were performed on specimens at the ages of 7, 14, and 28 days, achieving strength values exceeding f'c=210kg/cm2 at 28 days. From the results obtained, it is determined that Unicon concrete achieves the highest compressive strength, with an average of 143.05% (300.39 kg/cm2), making it a better option than Rapimix concrete, which achieved a strength of 121.54% (255.24 kg/cm2), and traditional concrete with a strength of 138.49% (290.82 kg/cm2) compared to the required strength. Regarding the comparative cost analysis, it was found that traditional concrete is 146% cheaper than Rapimix concrete and 303% cheaper than Unicon concrete. In conclusion, traditional concrete is more cost-effective compared to dry concretes (Rapimix and Unicon)
