Determine the epidemiological characteristics in young women with cervical cancer and their relationship with advanced clinical stages in the IREN - North in the period 2014 - 2020. Methods: A cross-sectional and analytical design study was carried out that consisted of reviewing the clinical histories of patients treated at the IREN - NORTE hospital during the period 2014 - 2020 in the gynecology service of minor and equal patients under 35 years of age with a diagnosis of cervical cancer, selecting those patients who meet the inclusion criteria of this study, using a pre-prepared form for data collection, with 90 patients as a population. Results: A cross-sectional and analytical design study was carried out that consisted of reviewing the clinical histories of patients treated at the IREN - NORTE hospital during the period 2014 - 2020 in the gynecology service of minor and equal patients under 35 years of age with a diagnosis of cervical cancer, selecting those patients who meet the inclusion criteria of this study, using a pre-prepared form for data collection, with 90 patients as a population. Conclusion: Young patients under 35 years of age diagnosed with cervical cancer who have a smoking habit are related to advanced clinical stages.
