To determine the psychosocial risk factors associated with Burnout Syndrome in Dentists in the Amazon Region - 2022. Methodology: A cross-sectional study of the correlational type was carried out in 100 dentists from the Amazon Region; The SUSESO ISTAS/21 questionnaire was used to measure psychosocial risk factors and the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to assess the levels of Burnout Syndrome. For the results, Spearman's statistical correlation test was used. A p<0.05 was used as significant in all the analyses. And the statistical data package SPSS version 20 was used. Results: It is observed that the 5 psychosocial risk factors. They are associated with the Burnout Syndrome variable or they fit the model, this is because the p-value turned out to be 0.000 < 0.05 at the significance level. Therefore, the factors: active work and development possibilities, social support and leadership quality, compensation and double presence; They are related to Burnout syndrome. Burnout syndrome levels were found at a medium level in terms of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and a low level in personal fulfillment. Conclusions: There is an association between psychosocial risk factors and Burnout syndrome, especially with the factor of social support and quality of leadership, compensation and double presence.
