Objective: To determine the prevalence of gingivitis, gingival hyperplasia, and pregnancy tumours in pregnant patients at the Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo,2023. Method: A cross-sectional, descriptive, observational study was carried out on a sample of 119 pregnant women from the Hospital Regional Docente Trujillo who met the inclusion criteria and were evaluated clinically and using the Löe & Silness, Bokenkamp and Bohnhorst gingival indexes, respectively. Reliability was determined using Cohen's parametric Kappa scale. The sample was selected by simple random sampling. Results: It was observed that 89.9% of pregnant women had gingivitis, with 21.8% classified as mild gingivitis, 45.4% as moderate gingivitis, and 22.7% as severe gingivitis. As for gingival hyperplasia, 55.4% had gingival hyperplasia, so that 29.4% have grade 1, 17.6% have grade 2, and 8.4% have grade 3. As for pregnancy tumors, 1.7% have pregnancy tumors. Conclusions: Multiple oral manifestations related to hormonal changes have been identified during pregnancy, the most frequent being gingival diseases such as gingivitis and gingival hyperplasia
