The objective of this research was to determine to what extent the Balance Scorecard improves construction management at Construcciones y Servicios Dieguito S.A.C. The research was descriptive, applied, quantitative, pre experimental. The instruments used were the Construction Project Management Observation Sheet and the BSC Implementation Guide for construction projects, both validated by experts. The results allow us to conclude: Regarding specific objective 1, construction management was within expectation (100%, 14 indicators), however, at the dimensional level they were below expectations risk management (21%, 3 indicators) , time management had a (43%, 6), scope management (29%, 4 indicators). The BSC tool was implemented, the same one that from the financial perspective considered: sustained growth, income increase, cost cycle improvement, and productivity; From the customer perspective, the following were considered: competitive prices, compliance with schedules (suppliers and customers), compliance with technical specifications and an image of trust and social responsibility. From the perspective of internal processes, the indicators were contract processes (customers and suppliers), works management, supplier management, risk management. From the learning perspective, the indicators were: retention, training and leadership development, investment in strategic technology and information and traceability. Regarding specific objective 3, the construction management level after the application of the BSC tool increased to 57% (8) above expectation, and 43% (6) within expectation. At a dimensional level, only scope management was within the category requires attention, all the others were within expectation and above expectation. It was demonstrated that the implementation of the BSC tool improves construction management in Construcciones y Servicios Dieguito S.A.C. improving the management indicators and was statistically validated between the management before and after by means of the t-Student test for related samples. (p = 0.000, alpha = 0.05) where a statistically significant difference was obtained.
