Grado de ansiedad y nivel de información del adulto en la etapa preoperatoria del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2018

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación es de tipo descriptivo – correlacional de corte transversal, se ejecutó con el objetivo de establecer si existe relación entre el grado de ansiedad y nivel de información que brinda la enfermera al adulto en etapa preoperatoria del servicio de cirugía del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 pacientes adultos de ambos sexos entre los 18 a 65 años en etapa preoperatoria para cirugía abdominal; para poder obtener los datos se manejaron dos instrumentos, la escala Hamilton, que mide el grado de ansiedad (confiabilidad Alfa de Crombach= 0.87) y un cuestionario para evaluar el nivel de información (confiabilidad Alfa de Crombach= 0.81).Los resultados en relación al grado de ansiedad fueron, 14% de los adultos calificaron con grado de ansiedad ausente, 44% leve y 21% moderada; respecto al nivel de información que brinda la enfermera se obtuvo 54% de los adultos tienen baja información y 46% alta; así mismo los resultados muestran que el grado de ansiedad se relaciona con el nivel de información que brinda la enfermera. Según la prueba estadística Coeficiente de correlación lineal de Pearson (p 0.000).

The research work is of descriptive - correlational cross-sectional type, was carried out with the objective of establishing whether there is a relationship between the degree of anxiety and the level of information provided by the nurse to the adult in the preoperative stage of the regional Teaching Hospital's surgery service. of Trujillo.
