The objective of this research was the implementation of a logistics management model and its effect on the organizational efficiency of the warehouse unloading and dispatch process, in the company Sl Courier del Perú in the city of Trujillo. We worked with an Applied type design with a pre-experimental degree, where the sample was made up of 20 collaborators from the company's warehouse unloading and dispatch area. The results obtained indicate a positive influence between the variables, due to the fact that the Deming cycle is fulfilled in its dimensions: plan, do, verify and act. The problematic reality of the warehouse's unloading and dispatch area was analyzed, finding serious difficulties associated with the ordering of the area; Likewise, the logistics management model was designed using the SCORE model, which consists of 3 levels: scope, configuration and activity. Likewise, it improved the indicators evaluated in the pre and post test; the purchasing level, supply management level, storage management level and the distribution management level rising notably; that is, they went from a bad level (15%) to a good level (85% - 100%) in the evaluation. It was also possible to increase the indicators of orders delivered from 20 to 60%; from 16 to 60%, for the indicator of complete orders; 58 to 83%, for trouble-free documentation. Regarding the purchase order cycle, the time was reduced from 24 to 10 hours; and 75 to 25 hours the response time of the supply chain. Likewise, it was possible to increase the level of productivity, design level and the level of operations, up to 85%.
