To determine the level of depression, anxiety and stress in dental surgeons working in COVID-19 times in the province of Trujillo from July to August 2020. Material and Methods: The study was observational and cross-sectional. The virtual questionnaire was elaborated on the basis of the Dass-21 scale and the response was obtained from 310 dental surgeons working in Trujillo during the COVID19 period, during the months of July and August 2020. Results: It was found that 27.41%(85) of the dental surgeons presented some level of depression, while 32.9%(102) showed some level of anxiety and 33.54%(104) showed some level of stress. The percentages of the sub-levels that prevailed were: mild depression 45.88%(39), moderate anxiety 40.20%(41) and mild stress 49.04%(51). There was no statistically significant difference in sex and work time. Conclusion: Dental surgeons working in Covid-19 times presented the highest percentage in the level of stress, followed by anxiety and depression
