Determine if the application of the multisectoral Plan generated an impact on the reduction of anemia in children from 6 to 35 months in the CS. I-4 Santa Julia, 2019-2020. Methodology: Observational, analytical research, retrospective single-arm cohort. The data collection form was used and the sample of 104 infants was calculated. The statistics were performed in SPSS v.26 and the results were considered significant with p < 0.05. Results: The results of the study revealed significant improvements in infants during the implementation of the multisector plan, evidenced by an increase in basal hemoglobin levels in the 3rd and 6th months of its application. The improvement in these levels occurred in both the group that received polymaltose iron complex and the one that received ferrous sulfate. No significant influence was detected regarding the sex of the infant on hemoglobin levels, as was its increase at the 3rd and 6th month of the plan, which occurred regardless of the group that received or did not receive the home visit, contrary to the infants who did receive counseling. nutritional and significantly increased hemoglobin, while the infants who did not receive it, although these were only about 6 children, suffered a decrease at the end of the approach. Conclusion: The application of the multisector plan did generate an impact in reducing anemia in children from 6 to 35 months of age in the CS. I-4 Santa Julia, during 2019-2020, increasing the prevalence of infants without anemia by 84.6% (88 children) and reducing the prevalence of mild anemia to 9.6% (10 children) and the prevalence of moderate anemia to 5.8% (6 children).
