The objective of this substantive investigation with a correlational design was to determine the relationship between quality of life and resilience in hemodialysis patients from a private clinic in Trujillo, for this purpose, we worked with a population - sample made up of 93 patients over 18 years of age. years receiving hemodialysis treatment, in addition, the SF-36 Quality of Life Questionnaire and the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale were used as evaluation instruments. The results showed the existence of a significant, direct correlation and with a small correlation magnitude effect size (rho= .24; p<.05) between both variables, concluding that a higher quality of life is related to greater resilience. Regarding the results of the resilience indicator and its dimensions, it shows that there is a significant (p<.05) or highly significant (p<.01) evaluation of the normal distribution, concluding that the distribution of the Equanimity dimension . does not differ significantly from the normal distribution
