This Thesis entitled ““Application of the Balance Letter Tool to increase Productivity in the Construction of the Néstor Martos Institute in Huancabamba - Piura““, whose main intention is to apply the Balance Letter tool to increase Productivity in the Construction of the Néstor Martos Institute in Huancabamba - Piura; It intends not only to benefit this construction project, but also other similar ones that wish to improve their productivity by mitigating Production Variables by implementing this management tool under the Lean Construction Philosophy; asking ourselves the question: Will applying the Balance Chart tool increase Productivity in the Construction of the Néstor Martos Institute in Huancabamba - Piura? In this Thesis identified according to its Type as Applied Research, according to its Contrasting Design as Pre-Experimental - Longitudinal Research and according to its Level as Applied Research, let us use Non-Conductive Observation Techniques, Textual and Summary Files; We first identify all its subheadings to group them or break them down according to their characteristics, obtaining a total of 90 general activities with durations greater than 60 minutes (recommended time by Chart Balance), we also identify the positions and actions of the workers of this construction; then, as recommended by CAPECO for the Construction Sector, the 3 previous measurements of the TP, TC and TNC were carried out for each Sub Item to identify its Traditional Productivity, then the most suitable strategies were implemented for each case seeking to mitigate the TNC, followed by They made the 4 subsequent measurements of the TP, TC and TNC for each Sub Item to find their New Productivity. Ending with the Diagnosis and Evolution averages of the PD, TC and TNC for each Sub Item in detail, also showing these averages grouped by Specialties and of the entire work in general. Thus, reflecting a notable improvement in Productivity of over 20% in the construction of this Institute, backing this result by its Hypothesis Docimasia with a Confidence Level of 99%. Concluding that this research achieved the estimated results and suggesting applying the Balance Sheet in other construction works, reflecting satisfactory results
