The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the working conditions and the motivation of the workers of the footwear MSMs of the El Porvenir district. With a qualitative approach of a basic type, with a non experimental design, with a simple correlational cross-section, the instrument that was applied was the adapted questionnaire from Martin and Molina (2017) for the variable Working Conditions and Motivation, the same ones that were validated By expert judgment through Aiken's V, whose results were 0.94 and 0.96, being greater than 0.70 it was possible to conclude that the instruments were valid. The reliability of obtained was verified by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, whose results were 0.818 for working conditions and 0.827 for motivation, which being greater than 0.70 it was possible to conclude that the instruments were reliable; the population was 1620 with a sample of 54 Mypes of footwear from the El Porvenir district. The data analysis was carried out using the IBM Statistics version 25 software, for this a descriptive statistic was used to determine the level of the variables working conditions and motivation, the results of which were that the working conditions of the surveyed footwear MSEs, the 50.62% present inefficient working conditions and 86.11% present positive motivation. It was concluded that there is no relationship between working conditions and motivation, with a very low degree of association with a value of 0.043 and a negative correlation of p = 0.254 in the Mypes of footwear in the El Porvenir district.
