Objective: Determine the measurements of the airways in class II and class III subjects between 16 and 25 years of age with different facial biotypes. Trujillo - 2020. .Material and method: The present retrospective, cross-sectional and descriptive study was carried out in 150 cephalometric analyzes of subjects aged 16 to 25 years. Measurements of the airways (nasopharynx and oropharynx), skeletal relationship and facial biotype were obtained. Descriptive statistics was used. The Student's T was used for independent samples, after evaluating the assumptions of normality and homogeneity of variances. A significance level of 5% was considered. Results: Airway measurements in class II and class III subjects aged 16 to 25 years with different facial biotypes indicate that the highest measurement of the nasopharynx is for the dolichofacial facial biotype in class III subjects with 22.20 and the lowest is for the dolichofacial facial biotype in class II subjects with 15.76; while the highest measurement of the oropharynx is for the brachifacial facial biotype in class III subjects with 14.23 ± 4.1 mm and the lowest is for the mesofacial facial biotype in class II subjects with 12.03 ± 3.63 Conclusions: It is concluded that there is no difference in airway measurements in class II and class III subjects between 16 and 25 years of age with different facial biotypes.
