Emprendimiento en discapacitados de la ciudad de Trujillo durante el periodo de emergencia sanitaria 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir el emprendimiento en los discapacitados de la ciudad de Trujillo durante el periodo de emergencia sanitaria 2020. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo simple y para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 340 personas con discapacidad, se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico; asimismo la técnica es la encuesta y su instrumento es el cuestionario de emprendimiento de los autores Haro Nivela y Franco Ochoa (2015), validado por tres expertos en el tema y constó de 13 preguntas. Los resultados fueron procesados en el programa Excel y nos indican que las personas discapacitadas tienen toda la voluntad de emprender un negocio, pero factores externos hace difícil el emprendimiento. Como conclusiones podemos señalar que el emprendimiento en los discapacitados de la ciudad de Trujillo durante el periodo de emergencia sanitaria 2020, es deficiente porque muchos de ellos no trabajan, tiene problemas para encontrar empleo o autoemplearse, sufren discriminación y no tienen oportunidades para emprender por falta de apoyo. Asimismo, quieren emprender mayormente en comercio y manufactura, no están capacitados y desean capacitación en servicio al cliente, manualidades y desarrollo personal; por último, desean emprender en comercio, servicios y tecnología, además saben reconocer sus derechos y beneficios

The objective of this research is to describe the entrepreneurship of disabled people in the city of Trujillo during the period of sanitary emergency 2020. A simple descriptive design was used and for this we worked with a sample of 340 people with disabilities, a non-probabilistic sampling was applied; likewise the technique is the survey and its instrument is the entrepreneurship questionnaire of the authors Haro Nivela and Franco Ochoa (2015), validated by three experts on the subject and consisted of 13 questions. The results were processed in the Excel program and indicate that people with disabilities have all the will to start a business, but external factors make entrepreneurship difficult. As conclusions we can point out that entrepreneurship in the disabled people of the city of Trujillo during the period of health emergency 2020, is deficient because many of them do not work, have problems finding employment or self-employment, suffer discrimination and have no opportunities to undertake for lack of support. Also, they want to undertake mostly in commerce and manufacturing, they are not trained and want training in customer service, crafts and personal development; finally, they want to undertake in commerce, services and technology, they also know how to recognize their rights and benefits.
