Propuesta de implementación de plan logístico usando Lead Time en la empresa constructora CCING S.A.C- Trujillo

Abstract

La siguiente tesis responde al problema planteado con la pregunta: ¿Cuál es la propuesta de plan logístico usando el parámetro Lead time en la empresa constructora CCING S.A.C. - Trujillo? De acuerdo con los objetivos específicos de la siguiente tesis, están planteados para ayudar o contribuir a mejorar la situación actual de la empresa constructora CCING S.A.C. mediante una mejora en el área de logística, para contribuir también en mejorar la gestión en la cadena de suministro, para así poder llevar un mejor control en el abastecimiento de los materiales de obra en su almacén general y reducir sus costos y tiempos. Realizando un análisis final entre la situación actual de la empresa y la propuesta de mejora, se puede afirmar que implementando un plan logístico mientras usamos el parámetro Lead time, se logró aumentar la productividad, mejorar en la calidad de los materiales, una mejor selección de proveedores y mejorar todos los procesos de la empresa en estudio, queda demostrada nuestra hipótesis.

The following thesis responds to the problem posed with the question: What is the logistics plan proposal using the Lead time parameter in the construction company CCING S.A.C. - Trujillo? According to the specific objectives of the following thesis, they are proposed to help or contribute to improving the current situation of the construction company CCING S.A.C. through an improvement in the logistics area, to also contribute to improving supply chain management, in order to be able to better control the supply of construction materials in its general warehouse and reduce costs and times. Carrying out a final analysis between the current situation of the company and the improvement proposal, it can be affirmed that by implementing a logistics plan while using the Lead time parameter, it was possible to increase productivity, improve the quality of materials, a better selection of suppliers and improve all the processes of the company under study, our hypothesis is demonstrated.
