In the present research study, it aims to perform the comparative analysis of the main mechanical properties of a concrete: standard, with natural additive (sugar) and with Chemaplast additive. Evaluating in the fresh state of the concrete, the setting time, the consistency, the temperature, the unit weight; In the hardened state of the concrete, the compressive strength was evaluated at the age of 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days for which 84 cylindrical test pieces were elaborated according to the NTP 339.034 standard, 12 specimens for each design, 3 specimens for each proposed age. For this, 7 mix designs were made according to the methodology proposed by the ACI 211 committee, using Pacasmayo Type I Cement. The aggregates used in the present study are from the Milagro quarry complying with the NTP standards. We studied: a concrete pattern without additive, a concrete with white sugar stimulus (as a natural additive or easy source) with three variations in its dosages of 0.075%, 0.100% and 0.150% with respect to the weight of the cement, and finally a concrete with stimulation of Chemaplast (as an industrial additive) with three variations in its dosages of 300 ml, 400 ml and 500 ml per bag of cement representing 0.85%, 1.13%, 1.41% respectively with respect to the weight of the cement. From the results obtained we determined that the use of white sugar in a proportion of 0.075% gave us concrete with greater workability with respect to the other mix designs since it was maintained with a fluid consistency at one hour of its preparation. In the same way it is concluded that the design stimulated with sugar in the percentage of 0.15% delays 533% in the initial setting time. While the design stimulated by the Chemaplast in 500 ml (1.41%), delays 233% in the initial setting time. Maintaining the trend for the final setting time 354% for the design, with sugar stimulation and 168% for the design, whose stimulus was Chemaplast. The percentage of resistance acquired according to the f'c of design at the age of 28 days, the design that gave the best result was the addition of 0.15% of sugar, presenting an increase of 221%. Using the Chemaplast additive that gave the best result was the design that adds 400 ml (1.13% of the weight of the cement), showing an increase of 172%. It is worth mentioning that at the early age of 3 days the resistance percentage was 97% and 125% for the design that used sugar and Chemaplast additive respectively. We can conclude that sugar gives us greater resistance to final and non-initial ages, in the opposite way than Chemaplast. The cost of manufacturing 1 m3 of concrete is 253.15 soles. Making the comparison in the use of additives the design with sugar in lower percentage (0.075% with respect to the weight of the cement) is the cheapest 0.41%. and the design with Chemaplast with a greater quantity of 500 ml (1.41% with respect to the weight of the cement) is the most expensive. 13.13%, with respect to the concrete pattern
