The present investigation was carried out in the footwear company Rosalía Full Moda S.A. with the purpose of obtaining accurate information on sales and allowing us to make decisions at any time according to the changes that exist in the market, based on the Theory of Restrictions. With the objective of raising the restriction found of a political or management type, strategies such as a new Aggregate Production Plan and business strategies were implemented: promotions and discounts; whose results for each proposed objective were the following: it was identified as a restriction to the company's policy to determine its costs, since it was inadequate. However, with the implementation of a new Aggregate Plan, it was possible to reduce the unit manufacturing costs of the 9 footwear models by 19% and, in turn, the profit margin was increased by 34%, likewise with the Throughput approach. it was possible to know the real utility that allowed establishing business strategies such as promotions and discounts during the year 2022. Finally, after applying the Theory of Restrictions during the year 2022, sales increased by 10%, thus achieving an increase for the company before and after the improvement of 61.74% in Throughput, 62% in Economic Profitability and 69% in Financial Profitability, being very significant percentages for the footwear company
