The research seeks to carry out the planning of the production of metal cabinets to increase productivity in the company of Ingenacc S.R.L. that allows the efficient use of resources and provides an orderly sequence of steps that help eliminate downtime and processes that do not generate value. The research is applied, descriptive and non-experimental-transversal. Use data collection techniques and tools such as field observation and interview. It begins with the current diagnosis of the company, the review of its processes, to then determine the value of current productivity in the manufacture of the three types of cabinets: simple, double and triple; finding that 0.34 cabinets are manufactured for each inverted sun and 1.85 cabinets per man-hour. It was found that the design capacity or best level of operation is 10,693 cabinets per month and the effective capacity is 6,178 cabinets per month considering two work shifts. To determine the production plan through the aggregate planning model, four alternatives were evaluated, choosing the constant force plan with overtime for its lower cost of 116,231.78 soles for the forecasted year. Based on the chosen Aggregate Planning (PAP), the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) was prepared to then make the Materials List (BOM) and conclude with the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP). The productivity for the projected demand shows that 0.42 cabinets are manufactured for every sun invested and 2.29 cabinets per man-hour. These results translate into an increase in labor productivity of 23.35%. The work concludes with the economic justification through the analysis of the Income Statement before and after the production planning, using the Operating Profit Margin indicator, 25.86% being the current one and 49.39% after the production planning, that is, a 23.53% increase in profitability was achieved.
