The objective of this research was to determine how remote work is related to the work performance of the teachers of the María Inmaculada educational institution in the face of COVID-19, this research was of a basic type that aims to generate knowledge, it is correlational since it allowed The establishment of the relationship between the two variables, the population is made up of 30 teachers, a survey and interview were used to obtain information on our variables of remote work and job performance. Regarding the results obtained in the dimensions of remote work and job performance, we have that in the organizational commitment of the teacher in remote work, it is seen that 70% evidence that they have support and guidance from the director, in terms of work planning it shows that 73.33% through training reached greater learning in terms of virtual tools, in the dimension of digital competences 80% show proactive attitudes on the part of teachers, also in the dimension of personal conditions of the teacher 83.33% are willing to contribute to the goals defined by the management, in work characteristics we have that 90% of the teachers are committed to the activities indicated by the management, with respect to the interpersonal relationships of the teachers 73.33% show a greater willingness to work and maintain clearer and more precise communication for optimal development of assigned activities. It is concluded that remote work contributes to job performance despite the restrictions that the teaching staff of the María Inmaculada educational institution has had.
