The research work is a cross-sectional non-experimental correlation type, it was carried out in order to determine the relationship between the biosociocultural factors and the beginning of the coital relationships in the pregnant adolescents in the Belén de Trujillo hospital. The sample consisted of 85 pregnant adolescents attended in the obstetrics service who met the inclusion criteria. Two questionnaires were applied, which allowed to assess information in a general way, the biosociocultural factors and the beginning of the coital relationships. The results are shown in statistical tables with the following results: The age and the beginning of the coital relationships have a significant relationship (X² = 5.61, P = 0.0462 significant), the degree of instruction and the beginning of the relationships have a significant relationship (X² = 6.35, P = 0.0478 significant), the place of origin and the beginning of the coital relationships have a significant relationship (X² = 5.387 P = 0.0425 significant), the marital status and the beginning of the coital relationships have a significant relationship (X² = 6.563 P = 0.0463 significant). The type of family and the beginning of the coital relationships show a slight family functioning and have a significant relationship (X² = 4.0443 P = 0.0396 significant). In all cases, P <0.05.
