Diagnóstico del área operacional de la empresa SEDALIB S.A bajo el enfoque de Gestión de la Calidad de PMBOK para la implementación de acciones de mejora

Abstract

En el presente informe se realizó el desarrollo de los objetivos por lo que se ejecutó un diagnóstico en el cual se ejecuta la evaluación de la infraestructura sanitaria existente, así como el estado operativo de la infraestructura sanitaria, así mismo se determinó la disponibilidad hídrica ya existente, y el sistema e instalación del servicio de agua potable y alcantarillado. Lo que conllevo a realizar el diagnóstico del área de operaciones de la empresa SEDALIB S.A. lo que conllevo a saber el número de trabajadores que es de 567, y así mismo se determinó las conexiones de agua potable que cuentan con una cobertura de 97.80% y de alcantarillado de 98.5%, esto respecto la gestión de calidad de la metodología PMBOK, de esa manera se identificaron todos los objetivos teniendo en cuenta la guía antes mencionada la cual nos muestra un seguimiento más determinado ya que involucra a las partes interesadas que vendría a ser la población, el equipo que es la empresa, el ciclo de vida, así como la planificación, los proyectos elaborados, las medidas de desempeño y así mismo la incertidumbre. Así mismo la presente tesis señala un marco teórico en donde se puede encontrar las diversas definiciones y conceptos que son necesarios para el entendimiento del tema, en primer lugar, conocer en qué consistía la guía PMBOK 7ma edición, así mismo define lo que es una gestión de la calidad principalmente. Así mismo se realizó un estudio donde la metodología PMBOK demostró que actúa eficientemente en la gestión de la calidad, lo que también se realizó es el estudio de la empresa SEDALIB S.A que gracias a la recopilación de información obtenida se obtuvo todos los datos ya existentes de dicho proyecto, y como ayudar a la mejora de la calidad del mismo esto gracias a la encuesta realizada a los trabajadores de los cuales el 90% está de acuerdo con el desempeño de la guía así mismo los porcentajes obtenidos en sus diversos procedimientos como Crecimiento, Aprendizaje, Desarrollo e Innovación (CADI), procesos, financiera. Finalmente, se concluye que la metodología PMBOK ayudaría a la gerencia de desarrollo empresarial, gracias a la oficina de planeamiento empresarial, así implementará mecanismos que ayuden a recopilar y procesar los datos de la evaluación del POI 2022. De esa manera la metodología PMBOK permitirá el registro, así como la evaluación e identificación, en tiempo real de todas las iv incidencias que puedan ocurrir durante la ejecución del control de los servicios de SEDALIB S.A.

Likewise, this thesis indicates a theoretical framework where you can find the various definitions and concepts that are necessary for the understanding of the subject, first of all, to know what the PMBOK 7th guide consisted of, it also defines what is a management of quality mainly. Likewise, a study was carried out where the PMBOK methodology demonstrated that it acts efficiently in quality management, which was also carried out in the study of the company SEDALIB S.A, which thanks to the collection of information obtained, all the existing data of said project, and how to help improve the quality of it, thanks to the survey carried out with the workers, of whom 90% agree with the performance of the guide, as well as the percentages obtained in its various procedures such as Growth, Learning, Development and Innovation (CADI), processes, financial. Finally, it is concluded that the PMBOK methodology would help business development management, thanks to the business planning office, thus it will implement mechanisms that help collect and process the data from the POI 2022 evaluation. In this way, the PMBOK methodology will allow the registration, as well vi as the evaluation and identification, in real time of all the incidents that may occur during the execution of the control of the services of SEDALIB S.A.
