Centro educativo técnico productivo con servicios complementarios en el alto Trujillo 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación está planteado para identificar la problemática del Centro Poblado Alto Trujillo en los diferentes aspectos que abarcan al desarrollo educativo y cultural realizando un diagnostico situacional, con el fin de implementar un CETPRO y Servicios Complementarios culturales que servirán como un espacio para la comunidad que va a generar dinámicas que establecerán el cambio, también ayudarán al crecimiento adecuado de la población en estudio. El Centro Poblado Alto Trujillo está ubicada en la parte alta y periferia del distrito del Porvenir, tiene una extensión de 949.75 hectáreas, que están carentes de una dinámica urbana. Comprende un conjunto de 14 barrios que alberga una población de más de 80 117 habitantes que representa el 57% de la población del distrito del Porvenir. La siguiente propuesta de investigación está centrada en lograr la mejora de la conexión entre el tejido urbano transformándolo a una escala de barrio y Ciudad; fortaleciendo el sector central del Centro Poblado Alto Trujillo, con el desarrollo de un CETPRO Y SERVICIOS COMPLEMENTARIOS se va a brindar los servicios que sean necesariamente requeridos por la comunidad del Centro Poblado Alto Trujillo. En la esfera cultural se va a implementar una biblioteca con espacios que serán de uso múltiple, con esto de busca fomentar diferentes actividades, el acceso a una población informada que tenga conocimiento sobre su entorno en el que se encuentra va a generar diferentes opiniones que serán de ayuda para el desarrollo continuo, el cual va a generar un valor agregado que va ser un complemento para el logro de una transformación que causará un impacto social. Igualmente, se analiza cual es la demanda que circula en el sector productivo que promueve la empleabilidad y el desarrollo personal, que va de la mano con la educación técnica productiva que impulsa el emprendimiento innovación y la educación en la sociedad. El presente proyecto propone crear nuevos espacios de carácter social, con un aprovechamiento sostenible del territorio como parte del crecimiento de la ciudad, respetando el contexto e implementación espacios públicos que integren y promuevan la participación de la comunidad.

The present research work is proposed to identify the problems of the Alto Trujillo Populated Center in the different aspects that encompass educational and cultural development, making a situational diagnosis, in order to implement a CETPRO and Complementary Services that will serve as a space for the community. that will generate dynamics that will establish the change, will also help the adequate growth of the population under study. The Alto Trujillo Populated Center is located in the upper part and periphery of the Porvenir district, it has an extension of 949.75 hectares, which are devoid of urban dynamics. It comprises a set of 14 neighborhoods that houses a population of more than 80,117 inhabitants, representing 57% of the population of the Porvenir district. The following research proposal is focused on achieving the improvement of the connection between the urban fabric, transforming it to a neighborhood and City scale; Strengthening the central sector of the Alto Trujillo Populated Center, with the development of a CETPRO AND COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES, the services that are necessarily required by the community of the Alto Trujillo Populated Center will be provided. In the cultural sphere, a library is going to be implemented with spaces that will be of multiple uses, with this seeking to promote different activities, access to an informed population that has knowledge about its environment in which it is located will generate different opinions that will be aid for continuous development, which will generate added value that will complement the achievement of a transformation that will cause a social impact. Likewise, the demand that circulates in the productive sector that promotes employability and personal development is analyzed, which goes hand in hand with productive technical education that promotes entrepreneurship, innovation and education in society. This project proposes to create new spaces of a social nature, with a sustainable use of the territory as part of the growth of the city, respecting the context and implementing public spaces that integrate and promote community participation.
