The present investigation arises from a social problem, where it is observed that people with disabilities are part of the most invisible and excluded strata of the population, La Libertad is no stranger to this reality, where the physical disability has a higher index, and greater demand in health, despite these indicators the current supply of health services MINSA has basic and deteriorated infrastructure that does not allow providing a quality of service to this population and much less supplying all users , generating stagnation and complication of the disease, which means that the user is segregated from society, considerably reducing their quality of life. Given this problem, the need arises to create a specialized physical rehabilitation center for the La Libertad region, which will be located in the city of Trujillo. The work is structured through chapters, which contain the foundation of the project that supports the architectural proposal and its specialties. The development of the architectural project will have a focus on a humanized architecture that encompasses physical, psychological and social aspects of the patient, in order to improve the physical rehabilitation services provided, incorporating professional rehabilitation that allows the integration and social reintegration of the patient for enjoyment and enjoy a good quality of life.
