Centro de rehabilitación e integración social para personas con discapacidad física en la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación surge a raíz de una problemática social, en donde se observa que las personas con discapacidad son parte de los estratos más invisibles y excluidos de la población, La Libertad no es ajeno a esta realidad, en donde la discapacidad de tipo física tiene un mayor índice, y mayor demanda en materia de salud, a pesar de estos indicadores la oferta actual de servicios de salud MINSA cuenta con infraestructura básica y deteriorada que no permiten brindar una calidad de servicio a esta población y mucho menos abastecer a todos los usuarios, generando estancamiento y complicación de la enfermedad, lo que conlleva a que el usuario quede segregado de la sociedad, bajando considerablemente la calidad de vida de los mismos. Ante esta problemática surge la necesidad de crear un centro de rehabilitación física especializado para la región La Libertad el cual estará ubicado en la ciudad de Trujillo. El trabajo se encuentra estructurado a través de capítulos, los cuales contienen la fundamentación del proyecto que sustenta la propuesta arquitectónica y sus especialidades. El desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico tendrá un enfoque de una arquitectura humanizada que englobe aspectos físicos, psicológicos y sociales del paciente, con la finalidad de mejorar los servicios de rehabilitación física brindada, incorporando rehabilitación profesional que permita la integración y reinserción social del paciente para un disfrute y goce de una buena calidad de vida.

Given this problem, the need arises to create a specialized physical rehabilitation center for the La Libertad region, which will be located in the city of Trujillo. The work is structured through chapters, which contain the foundation of the project that supports the architectural proposal and its specialties. The development of the architectural project will have a focus on a humanized architecture that encompasses physical, psychological and social aspects of the patient, in order to improve the physical rehabilitation services provided, incorporating professional rehabilitation that allows the integration and social reintegration of the patient for enjoyment and enjoy a good quality of life.
