The purpose of this thesis report was to determine the relationship between work engagement and the intention of staff rotation in the company EIRLTrujillo Teacher Training and Training Program, 2021. For this purpose, an investigation was carried out under a quantitative approach of correlational level with non-experimental study design and cross-sectional time scope, using a sample of 55 administrative workers, to whom two instruments were provided for data collection, as for the work engagement variable, the UWES-questionnaire was used. 17 made up of 17 items and an ordinal scale questionnaire made up of 24 items was used to measure the variable intention of staff turnover. After tabulation and processing of the collected data, the Spearman Rho test was applied, from which a correlation index was obtained, a value (r = -0.815) and as significance a value of (p = 0.000) which is less than 5% of error allowed, all this was sufficient evidence to accept the hypothesis raised in the research and to reach the conclusion that there is a significant and inversely proportional relationship between work engagement and the intention of staff turnover in the company under study.
