The present research work is born by virtue of the need to propose innovative research, knowing in principle the BIM methodology as the standard in innovations in the Civil Engineering branch, applying in the specialty of buildings as is our case. The correct collection of antecedents was made considering international, national and local theses with a validity of six years, with issues related to the BIM methodology, clarifying that BIM is not a software or program, but the application of these, as it can be Revit, which is the package that was applied in the development of the thesis. Our research is Applied and at the same time descriptive, since a description of the processes is made, such as: Prepare the BIM Modeling of the Structures, Architecture and Sanitary Installations with the REVIT 2021 Software, determine the interferences using the Methodology BIM and finally analyze the increase in efficiency using Excel templates, which to meet these objectives was worked in a correlative way to obtain the results that lead us to essentially analyze the interferences detected by Revit. These interferences, when quantifying them, not only determine the shortcomings that are made in the project stage but also warn that we require more detail when drawing up the plans of the buildings.
