Propuesta para la implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional para minimizar los incidente y accidentes en la empresa langostinera Victoria S.R.L. – Tumbes

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer e implementar un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional para minimizar los incidentes y accidentes en la empresa Langostinera Victoria S.R.L. – Tumbes. Se trabajó con un diseño correlacional de corte transversal, donde la muestra la conformaron 75 colaboradores de la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos indican que existe una relación directa entre las variables seguridad y salud ocupacional y minimización de incidentes y accidentes de trabajo; además el nivel de seguridad y salud ocupacional, es alto; debido a que se cumple el ciclo de Deming en sus dimensiones: planificar, hacer, verificar y actuar. Por lo tanto, se concluye que la hipótesis planteada, queda demostrada en que la propuesta para implementar un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional, minimizará los incidentes y accidentes en la empresa Langostinera Victoria S.R.L. – Tumbes.

The objective of this research was to propose and implement an occupational health and safety system to minimize incidents and accidents in the company Langostinera Victoria S.R.L. - Tumbes. We worked with a cross-sectional correlational design, where the sample was made up of 75 company employees. The results obtained indicate that there is a direct relationship between the variables occupational health and safety and minimization of incidents and accidents at work; In addition, the level of occupational health and safety is high; because the Deming cycle is fulfilled in its dimensions: plan, do, verify and act. Therefore, it is concluded that the hypothesis raised is demonstrated in that the proposal to implement an occupational health and safety system will minimize incidents and accidents in the company Langostinera Victoria S.R.L. - Tumbes.
