The present thesis of Hospital H II-1, has been developed in two parts. In the first part, the problem of the current Pacasmayo District Hospital has been identified, where we find that the conditions of the infrastructure are not the best for the patient care service as well as the medical, administrative and service personnel currently working there. Likewise, through field work, information has been compiled regarding the demand for ambulatory outpatient care, emergency and hospitalization of the Pacasmayo district hospital in a period of six years. Also, we have identified the health offer at the care level in the district, which shows that we have two types in the public sector, both MINSA and ESSALUD. It also shows the health infrastructure, which has a Health Center (MINSA) and Healthcare Centers (Essalud), Maternal Health Center, Medical Post and Hospitals. The second part is the architectural proposal of the hospital and its development, in which a modern infrastructure is presented, with quality spaces for outpatient services for outpatient, emergency, hospitalization and surgery as well as for the performance of administrative employees, medical personnel and services and whose main concept of design is the “HUMAN BEING“. On the other hand, the design and structural criteria of the project are presented, for which a porticado system was defined. In the same way, the design of sanitary installations, electrical installations as well as the technological part is developed. Finally, the architectural design complies with the rules, laws and regulations for this type of equipment
