Centro de educación técnica productiva y formación temprana en zonas vulnerables del centro poblado de alto Trujillo - El Porvenir

Abstract

El presente Equipamiento Urbano, denominado como “Centro de Educación Técnica Productiva y Formación Temprana en Zonas Vulnerables del Centro Poblado de Alto Trujillo” el cual consta de un Centro Educativo Técnico Productivo (CETPRO), Cuna y un Centro de Educación Inicial; se propone en base a una realidad social existente, la cual se identifica luego de un estudio de la población, que nos indicaba un sector con fuertes problemas económicos, educativos y sociales, los cuales desencadenaban una serie de deficiencias y necesidades que convertían a estas familias en población vulnerable, caracterizada además por ser familias conformadas por personas bastante jóvenes que en la mayoría de casos no habían terminado la escuela, y que ya se encontraban bajo la responsabilidad de velar por sus pequeños hijos, los cuales también eran víctimas de la pobreza y desnutrición. Es por ello que nos trazamos el objetivo de plantear una infraestructura que permita dar solución de manera integral a la problemática existente, que brinde la formación y educación a todos los miembros de la familia, que los impulse y logren insertar al mundo laboral a los líderes de las familia, y por ende a mejorar su situación económica y calidad de vida, así mismo, se busca crear un espacio de vinculación en la sociedad, que fomente la integración y cohesión social, fortaleciendo la convivencia y mitigando la problemática social existente. De tal manera el equipamiento planteado concentra una tipología de infraestructura que reúne diversos usuarios, convirtiéndose en un edificio híbrido que atiende diversas brechas existentes en el sector. Edificio diseñado además para integrarse al entorno inmediato, y que brinde al sector un espacio de respiro, articulado y que estreche los lazos de pertenencia e identidad con los pobladores.

The present Urban Equipment, denominated as ““Center of Productive Technical Education and Early Training in Vulnerable Zones of Alto Trujillo Town Center““ which consists of a Productive Technical Educational Center (CETPRO), Cradle and an Initial Education Center; is proposed based on an existing social reality, which is identified after a study of the population, which indicated a sector with strong economic, educational and social problems, which triggered a series of deficiencies and needs that turned these families in a vulnerable population, also characterized by being families made up of quite young people who in most cases had not finished school, and who already under the responsibility of looking after their young children, who were also victims of poverty and malnutrition. That is why we set the objective of proposing an infrastructure that allows a comprehensive solution to the existing problem, that provides training and education to all family members, that encourages them and manages to insert leaders into the world of work of the family, and therefore to improve their economic situation and quality of life, likewise, it seeks to create a space for bonding in society, which encourages integration and social cohesion, strengthening coexistence and mitigating existing social problems. In such a way with the proposed equipment, with a typology of infrastructure that brings together different users, becoming a hybrid building that addresses the existing gaps in the sector. Building also designed to integrate into the immediate environment, and that provides the sector with a space of respite, articulated and that strengthens the ties of belonging and identity with the inhabitants
