Efectividad del programa educativo “Cuidémonos a distancia” en el nivel de conocimiento de prevención del covid-19 en personal de salud, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación fue de tipo aplicada, cuasi experimental, teniendo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa educativo en el nivel de conocimiento de las medidas preventivas de COVID-19 en el personal de salud de la Clínica Fátima, 2021. La muestra estuvo conformada por los 35 integrantes del personal de salud que laboran en las diferentes áreas, a quienes se les aplicó un instrumento tipo cuestionario antes y después del estímulo; el que fue validado a través del juicio de expertos y se aplicó la prueba piloto, encontrándose un coeficiente de Kuder Richardson 0.708. Los resultados que se encontraron en el pre test indicaron que el personal de salud de la Clínica Fátima presenta nivel de conocimiento regular en un 74.3%, bueno con un 14,3% y un 11,4% deficiente; al concluir el programa educativo “Cuidémonos a distancia”, se realizó el post test, obteniéndose que el 100% del personal de salud alcanzó un nivel de conocimiento bueno. Demostrándose que el puntaje de 12.5 en el pretest, y 16.9 (0.963) en el post test, logrando una diferencia pareada de 4.34 (0.30), representando una efectividad de magnitud moderada (1.15 ≤ d = 2.44 < 2.70) y estadísticamente significativa (p<0.05) del programa educativo “Cuidémonos a distancia” en el nivel de conocimiento de prevención del COVID-19 en personal de salud, 2021.

The present investigation was of an applied, quasi-experimental type, with the objective of determining the effectiveness of the educational program in the level of knowledge of the preventive measures of COVID-19 in the health personnel of the Fátima Clinic, 2021. The sample consisted of 35 members of the health personnel who work in the different areas, to whom a questionnaire-type instrument was applied before and after the stimulus; which was validated through the judgment of experts and the pilot test was applied, finding a Kuder Richardson coefficient 0.708. The results found in the pre-test indicated that the health personnel of the Fatima Clinic present a regular level of knowledge in 74.3%, good with 14.3% and 11.4% poor; At the end of the educational program ““Let's take care of ourselves at a distance““, the post test was carried out, obtaining that 100% of the health personnel reached a good level of knowledge. Showing that the score of 12.5 in the pretest, and 16.9 (0.963) in the post test, achieving a paired difference of 4.34 (0.30), representing an effectiveness of moderate magnitude (1.15 ≤ d = 2.44 <2.70) and statistically significant (p <0.05) of the educational program ““Let's take care of ourselves at a distance““ in the level of knowledge of prevention of COVID-19 in health personnel, 2021.
