The objective of this research was to determine if fear, anxiety and depression in pregnant women are associated with the COVID-19 pandemic at the Wichanzao Maternal and Child Center in 2021. The type of research was descriptive with a non-experimental or observational design. As a data collection instrument, a survey was used that presented three parts: the Depressive Psychopathological Scale, the Lima Anxiety Scale and the COVID-19 Fear Scale; and it was applied to 169 pregnant women; between anxiety and depression there is a significant relationship with p <0.0001 while there is no significant relationship with fear with a p of 0.284 in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic, fear has no significant relationship in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic COVID-19; Because the highest percentage is that 63.9% present moderate fear in pregnant women with and without illness, anxiety is significantly related in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic; because the highest percentage present severe anxiety with illness in 62.7% and depression is significantly related in pregnant women during the COVID - 19 pandemic (p < 0.001); because the highest percentage present mild, moderate and severe depression with illness in 69.2%
