Studying at Ignacio Escudero School increases the prevalence rate of having a high level of knowledge by 1.42 times (p <0.01, RPa 1.42 IC [1.28-1.57]); the female sex increases the prevalence of positive attitudes in 1.24 times in relation to adolescent pregnancy (p <0.01 RPa 1.24 IC [1.13 - 1.35]). Regarding appropriate practices, it was found that female sex increases the prevalence rate of these by 1.18 times (p <0.01 RPa 1.18 IC [1.14 - 1.22]) as well as studying at the school Ignacio Escudero increases the reason by 1.15 times of prevalence of appropriate practices. (p <0.01 RPa 1.15 IC [1.04 - 1.28]). Conclusion: The level of knowledge of schoolchildren about pregnancy in adolescents is low, most have positive attitudes and appropriate practices, attitudes were associated with female sex and the Ignacio school Squire.
