Brooke-Spiegler Syndrome (BSS) is rare dominant autosomal genodermatosis, with a variable penetration and expression. The most common lesions are cylinders, trichoepitheliomas and less frequent spiradenoma. Usually appear at puberty and continue to emerge throughout life. It affects more women than men and has no racial predilection. We present a case of a 12-year-old patient from Trujillo, Peru, without pathological or family history of relevance. She presented an 8 year long history of numerous smooth asymptomatic papular lesions in the nasal region, which were increasing in number over time, locating also in the frontal region and chin. Years later, new asymptomatic lesions appear on her scalp, so she went to the dermatologist; where the clinical characteristics and the histopathological examination of the lesions lead to the diagnosis of SBS, due to the presence of tricoepitheliomas and cylinders. The treatment was surgical exeresis of scalp lesions and thermocauterization of face lesions. No recurrence until the last check. Early diagnosis of SBS is imperative to avoid aesthetic and psychological damage and also to avoid the possibility of malignancy of the lesions. On regard of the treatment , the surgical excision is the best therapeutic approach with low rates of recurrence
