Today the globalized environment of companies and the continuous increase in project management techniques has taken the way of managing processes, information and resources to the next level. However, when the time comes to plan the gap remains the same in recent years, since the same problems continue to arise, which in the future turn into losses of time and costs. In this research it has been possible to identify certain processes of the project planning stage in which bottlenecks, rework and loss of information are formed. To counteract the facts mentioned above, the application of Scrum practices in conjunction with Kanban is proposed to achieve a strengthening of work teams, in such a way that they achieve maximum use of agility. In addition, a technological solution will allow the flow of shared and constant information to turn the team into a self-managed one. After executing the proposed solution, it has been possible to improve the planning process for business auditing and consulting projects in Ernst & Young Peru by 36.23%, after developing the business modeling applying the SCRUM and Kanban methodology. The work teams have achieved an understandability level of 90.33% of the proposed activities. In addition, with the use of the technological solution that is part of the proposal, a degree of satisfaction of 94.67% has been achieved. Finally, it has been proven that, for project management, the change from traditional to agile methodologies generates a high benefit, reducing process times, increasing productivity and generating value from the beginning of the first activities of the planning phase of projects
